The Online Store, for your best service, offers many alternative payment methods which you can choose in order to pay for your order. The choice of each payment method depends on different factors, such as the shipping method, the delivery address, the order’s value etc. According to the art. 20, par. 3 of the Law 3842/2010, as modified by art. 69 of Law 4446/2016 “Tax documents, of total value of five hundred (500) euros or more, that are issued for sale of goods or services to individuals, must be paid off by their recipients, goods’ or services’ buyers, only by using payment by card or other electronic payment methods, such as, indicated but not exclusive, bank transfer, payment through bank account, use of digital wallet. Payment by cash is not permitted”. Consequently, payments for orders with total value more than 500 euros, including taxes and other charges, can be made only by using one of the payment methods mentioned above and not by cash.
1. Payment with Credit/ Debit Card Payments by using credit or debit card are offered only for payments through the Online Store www.sunnytiny.com or for payments with physical presence at store in order to receive your order and not in case of payment on delivery (POD).
Credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and Diners, are accepted for payment at store upon receipt of your order. The Online Store uses ALPHA BANK SA’s secure environment for online secure payments thought debit or credit card. The bank has ensured the maximum possible security existing today on the internet (128bit encryption), in order to offer the possibility of secure transactions, by making use of a secure environment. By this way, in every transaction that takes place, the messages that are exchanged with the bank’s Web Server are encrypted. Moreover, additional security systems (firewalls), that control and record your access to the systems, are used by the bank. Finally, all the transactions with card are protected by the appropriate digital certificate.
In case your order will be cancelled, the Online Store is obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of your card’s charge and, then, the Bank will proceed according to the terms agreed in the contract between you and the store. Following this update, the Online Store is not responsible for the implementation of the terms mentioned above by the bank, but, also, for the time and way in which a reversal entry will be made for the specific transaction.
2. Payment by deposit in bank accounts Payment of your order can be made by deposit in the following bank accounts: Eurobank: IBAN GR 20 0260 3280 0009 3020 1285 236 Alpha Bank IBAN: GR 86 0140 1700 1700 0200 2016 237 The payment can be made through e-banking or with physical presence at a bank’s branch that was mentioned above. In order to be able to start the delivery process of the products, after a deposit is made to the bank, the amount deposited for the payment of the order (without any fees due to bank expenses) must appear in the Online Store’s account and the identification process should be completed too. Consequently, for your best service but also for the faster shipment of your order, we would like to ask you to (a) mention the order code and the full name given during the ordering process on the bank receipt, (b) proceed with the deposit of the order’s total value- you should be charged for any bank fees resulting from the transaction and (c) send the bank receipt with all the necessary information to info@sunnytiny.com.
3. Pay On Delivery (POD) If you choose to pay on delivery, you should pay in cash at the time of delivery. The cost for the Pay On Delivery service is two (2) euros.
