1. Order Shipping/ Delivery Procedure For online orders, you have the possibility to check their progress from the field “My orders”, once you login, through the Website, to your account. The order with status “New” has been submitted and the picking will begin soon. The order with status “Processing” is in the process of picking the products and this status will change to “Completed” soon. After your order has been completed at the Online Store, you will receive an email to inform you that your order has been completed and you can receive it from our store or that it has been delivered at a courier company (depending on your choice). In the second case, the parcel’s delivery number of the courier company is also mentioned, so as to be able to track your order.
2. Receive an Order You can receive your order with two (2) ways.
From our store:
Your order can be received from our store in Athens (Makedonomachou Prantouna Str. 54, PC 11525), from Monday till Friday, during the hours 10:00-18:00. If you choose to receive the order from our store, you will not be charged with a delivery cost, regardless of your order’s total cost. If you have chosen to pay with cash or card when you will receive the products from our store, your order will be available up to 3 working days from the moment you receive an email, informing you that your order is ready for delivery. After this deadline, the order will be cancelled automatically without any other warning. In case a User is observed to exploit many times this chance offered by the store (eg. ordering products repeatedly from the Online Store and not receiving them from the store, etc.), the Online Store has the ability to refuse to that user to pick up an order from the store. If you have already paid for your order through Website, your order will be available for pickup from our store within three (3) months after its completion. If this deadline has passed, the Online Store is not responsible for your order’s status and it is not possible to refund or issue a credit note.
Shipping:
The Online Store delivers the order at your door or to anyone you wish to give a gift, through the courier company that cooperates. For the order shipment, the Online Store cooperates with the courier company “Courier Center SA”. (based in, Kifisou Ave. 46, Egaleo, PC 12241).
3. Required actions when receiving an order. Once you receive your order, it is necessary to thoroughly check the product’s condition and packaging, so that any problems occurred due to the transportation could be immediately detected. If you find out a problem with the packaging, please do not receive the product and contact us immediately. If you notice a problem after receiving the product, the courier company should be informed immediately. We would like to ask you to contact us, as soon as possible, to inform us about your declaration, so that we can conduct relevant controls for any damage occurred during delivery and, thus, examine and proceed your request for the return of product. In case of request for product return due to defect, please refer to the terms “Withdrawal & Return” that can be found to our Website.
4. Delivery Cost- Cash On Delivery (COD) Cost If your order’s cost is over seventy (70) euros, there will be no shipping fees. In this case, there will be a charge of two (2) euros only if you choose Cash On Delivery as payment method. If your order’s cost is seventy (70) euros or less, there will be a shipping cost of three euros and eighty cents (3,80) in case the delivery takes place within Attica territory and four euros and eighty cents (4,80) in case delivery takes place out of Attica territory. If you chose Cash On Delivery as payment method, there will be an extra charge of two (2) euros.
5. Delivery time
The Online Store makes a great effort to process your order as soon as possible. It is committed, in any case, for the completion of the order, its rejection but, also, for informing the User about any issues occurred regarding the order, within two (2) working days from the day the order was submitted except holiday period where the Online Store will inform the User about it. Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.
Orders within Attica territory are delivered within 1-2 days. If you want delivery on the same day, please contact the Online Store to check if this is possible, depending on the delivery location of the order (only within Attica) and get information about the cost of this service.
In mainland destinations, orders are delivered within 1-2 days, on islands within 1-3 days and in less accessible areas within 1-5 days. Delivery time is indicative and concerns working days, from the time the Online Store completes and delivers the order to the courier company, while the delivery time is possible to change depending on the circumstances, due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, strikes, less accessible areas etc.
6. Possible reasons for delay in order delivery
There may be delay in the delivery of your order, beyond the time limits mentioned above, for one of the following reasons: (a) peak times (eg Christmas, Easter, etc.), (b) extreme weather conditions, (c) if the place of destination is in a less accessible area, (d) in case of strike, (e) for reasons of force majeure and, generally, (f) in other factors for which the Online Store is not responsible.
Moreover, there may be a delay in sending the order in case you pay through the Bank and the Online Store is not informed about this payment. In order to be able to start the delivery process of the products, after a deposit is made to the bank, the amount deposited for the payment of the order (without any fees due to bank expenses) must appear in the Online Store’s account and the identification process should be completed too. Consequently, for your best service but also for the faster shipment of your order, we would like to ask you to (a) mention the order code and the full name given during the ordering process on the bank receipt, (b) proceed with the deposit of the order’s total value- you should be charged for any bank fees resulting from the transaction and (c) send the bank receipt with all the necessary information to info@sunnytiny.com.
Additionally, there may be a delay in the order in case contact with you is not possible (by phone or email, eg. if the contact information is not correct or updated), so as to face problems that may arise regarding the order or the payment. For this reason, please check the contact information submitted on the Website’s form and update them in case of any change.
